An innovative and passionate business owner with over 20 years’ experience in grain production, bulk haulage and Agricultural services. Matt leads the dedicated team at SCL to deliver a range of services to our customers across Australia. 

Dean Smith – Director

A wealth of knowledge and experience Dean has over 50 years experience in the Ag sector.

Dean imparts his experience to the SCL team through his responsibility for training & mentoring staff and liaising with clients.

Karen Smith – Director & Company Secretary

An experienced finance and administration manager and has been running businesses for close to 20 years in both the agricultural and retail sectors.

Karen has an unwavering commitment to customer service and prides herself on SCL's professional approach.

Karen heads up finance and is also the national Seed Shield Operations Manager.
